Article 1: Order Cancellation
1.1. Cancellation Prior to Service Execution
The BUYER may request cancellation prior to operational preparation by emailing [email protected] or calling +90 444 82 07. Upon municipal approval, fees are reimbursed within 14 days via the original payment channel.
1.2. Post-Preparation Requests
Once operational allocation has begun, statutory withdrawal rules and municipal tariff regulations apply.
Article 2: Right of Withdrawal (Refund Procedure)
Under Article 9 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, consumers may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days of contract formation without stating reasons or incurring penalties, subject to statutory exemptions.
2.1. Withdrawal Notice
Consumers must submit their notice in writing to [email protected] or contact +90 444 82 07 within the 14-day statutory period.

Article 3: Conditions for Returns and Refunds
- Official Receipt Requirement: Submission of the original digital booking receipt, invoice, or PNR voucher is mandatory.
- For physical municipal merchandise, goods must remain unused and undamaged in original packaging.
Article 4: Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with statutory consumer regulations, withdrawal rights do not apply to:
- Services tied to a specific date or period: Accommodation in municipal guesthouses and event hall allocations (weddings, engagements, conferences). Municipal council tariffs govern these bookings exclusively.
- Custom-printed billboard posters, tailored banners, and individualized display materials produced specifically to citizen specifications.
Article 5: Refund Disbursement
Approved refund payments are disbursed within 14 days of written authorization:
- Credit Card Transactions: Refunds are credited back to the card used. Reflecting on statements may take 1 to 10 banking days depending on bank settlement schedules.
- Bank Wire / EFT: Refunds are disbursed to an official IBAN registered in the BUYER's legal name.
