Article 1 – Parties

1.1. SELLER (Service Provider)

1.2. BUYER (Consumer / Citizen)

Any natural or legal person who books services through the Alanya Municipality digital portal (isletmeler.alanya.bel.tr), submits full name, identification/passport number, contact details, and address in the order form, and executes payment.

Article 2 – Subject Matter

The subject of this Agreement is the determination of the mutual rights and obligations of the parties under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, concerning the booking, electronic ordering, performance, and delivery of municipal wedding halls, guesthouses, and billboard advertising services specified with their respective tariffs on isletmeler.alanya.bel.tr.

Article 3 – Service Characteristics & Pricing

The title, session/duration, room or billboard specifications, and total fee including all applicable municipal and statutory taxes are clearly detailed in the order summary, checkout confirmation screen, and the official booking receipt (PNR document).

Payment Method: Credit Card / Debit Card (Processed in full via Ziraat Bank 256-bit SSL 3D-Secure virtual POS).
Delivery Method: Instant digital confirmation and official PNR voucher generation.

Article 4 – General Provisions

4.1. The BUYER acknowledges having read, understood, and electronically confirmed all preliminary information regarding basic service specifications, pricing, payment methods, and delivery conditions.

4.2. The service shall be made available to the BUYER at the reserved municipal venue (wedding hall, guesthouse facility, or billboard space) on the specified date and session.

4.3. The SELLER is responsible for the proper delivery of the service in accordance with statutory requirements and public undertakings.

Article 5 – Right of Withdrawal

5.1. The BUYER has the right to withdraw from this Agreement within 14 (fourteen) days from contract conclusion in accordance with statutory consumer legislation, subject to lawful exceptions.

5.2. Notice of withdrawal must be submitted in writing to [email protected] or by contacting +90 444 82 07 within the statutory timeframe.

5.3. Within 14 days of receipt of valid withdrawal notice, the fee will be refunded via the original payment channel.

Article 6 – Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 15 of the Turkish Regulation on Distance Contracts;

Services related to accommodation (guesthouse bookings), recreational activities, and leisure events to be performed on a specific date or period (wedding and conference hall bookings) are exempt from the standard statutory 14-day unconditional right of withdrawal.
For these municipal services, specific assembly tariffs apply: For wedding hall bookings, cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the event are refunded at 50% (net amount excluding taxes); cancellations made less than 30 days prior are non-refundable (100% cancellation fee).
Custom-printed billboard advertisements, banners, and personalized civic displays tailored to the BUYER's specifications are strictly non-refundable once production commences.

Article 7 – Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

For any dispute arising out of this Agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees up to the statutory monetary thresholds declared by the Ministry of Trade, and Alanya Consumer Courts in the jurisdiction of Alanya / Antalya, shall have exclusive competence.

📌 By confirming this agreement, the customer declares to have read, understood, and accepted the full scope, terms, conditions, and municipal regulations applicable to wedding halls, guesthouses, and advertising spaces.
