Article 1 – Parties & Acceptance
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the access and use of the website isletmeler.alanya.bel.tr (“Website”) operated by Alanya Municipality Social & Economic Enterprise (“SELLER” / “MUNICIPALITY”) by any person (“User” / “BUYER”).
By accessing, browsing, or utilizing any municipal service through this Website, the User unconditionally accepts, declares, and undertakes compliance with all provisions of these Terms and related policies.
Article 2 – Website Services & Permitted Use
2.1. The MUNICIPALITY provides online public reservation and rental services for wedding halls, guesthouses, and municipal billboard advertising spaces.
2.2. The User agrees to use the Website solely for lawful, civic, personal, and legitimate booking purposes in compliance with all applicable Turkish and international laws.
2.3. Unauthorized commercial reselling of municipal bookings or slots is strictly prohibited.
Article 3 – Intellectual Property Rights
3.1. All Website contents, including texts, software, visual graphics, trademarks, GIS maps, and database structures, are the exclusive property of Alanya Municipality and protected under Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works.
3.2. Reproduction, alteration, scraping, publication, or commercial exploitation without prior written consent from the Municipality is prohibited.
Article 4 – User Responsibilities & Obligations
4.1. The User certifies that all identity, contact, phone, and billing details provided during reservation are accurate, complete, and legally valid.
4.2. Users are personally responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their booking PNR codes and accounts.
4.3. Users shall not deploy automated scrapers, bots, denial-of-service tools, or harmful scripts against municipal portal servers.
Article 5 – Privacy & Personal Data Protection
5.1. Personal data submitted through the portal is processed in strict compliance with Turkish Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the Privacy Policy.
5.2. Personal records are utilized solely for booking validation, citizen verification, PNR 2FA authorization, and statutory municipal reporting.
Article 6 – Limitation of Liability
6.1. The Municipality reserves the right to suspend or restrict portal access temporarily for technical maintenance, security updates, or force majeure events.
6.2. In the event of obvious typographical or calculation errors in published tariffs, the Municipality reserves the right to rectify or cancel erroneous orders in accordance with municipal regulations.
Article 7 – Amendments & Effectiveness
7.1. The Municipality reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time by posting the revised version on the Website.
7.2. Revised terms become immediately effective upon publication.
Article 8 – Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Alanya Courts and Execution Offices shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising hereunder.
